[allegory寓言]Where are you now你现在在什么地方？

Little Camel（小骆驼）: Mother, may I ask you some questions?
妈妈，我能问你一些问题吗？

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: Sure, why son, is there something bothering you?
当然可以，孩子，有什么事情让你烦恼？

Little Camel（小骆驼）: Why do camels have humps?
为什么我们会有驼峰呢？

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: Well son, we are desert animals, we need the humps to store water and we are known to survive without water.
孩子，我们是沙漠动物，需要驼峰去储存水份。要知道，没有水我们无法生存。

Little Camel（小骆驼）: OK, then why are our legs long and our feet rounded?
好，那为什么我们的腿那么长，我们的脚是圆的呢？

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: Son, obviously they are meant for walking in the desert better than anyone does.
儿子，很明显他们能使我们在沙漠里比其他动物更适宜行走。

Little Camel（小骆驼）: OK, then why are our eyelashes long?  Sometimes it bothers my sight.
那么为什么我们的睫毛很长？有时候它经常阻挡我的视线。

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: My son, those long thick eyelashes are your protective cover.  They help to protect your eyes from the desert sand and wind.
孩子，这些厚长的睫毛是我们的保护伞，他们能够保护我们免受沙子和风的侵害。

Little Camel（小骆驼）: I see.  So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert, the legs are for walking through the desert and these eyelashes protect my eyes from the desert sand…
我明白了。当我们在沙漠里是，驼峰能够储存水份，通过沙漠时，腿能够更适宜行走，而眼睫毛能保护我们的眼睛免受沙子和风力……

Little Camel（小骆驼）: Just one more question Mother…
可我还有另外一个问题？

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: Yes, dear?
什么，亲爱的？

Little Camel（小骆驼）: What the hell are we doing in the ZOO?!
可在动物园里这些东西到底对我们有什么用呢？

Mother Camel（母骆驼）: ?????????
